Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you can exchange or request a refund for your order.

Exchange Policy

We will accept exchanges for damaged or expired products only.

  • To initiate an exchange:
    • You must inform us within 12 hours of receiving the damaged/expired product.
    • Send an email to sales@grabneat.in with a clear picture of the damaged product and a brief explanation of the issue.
    • Do not return the product without prior written consent from our customer support team.
  • Once approved:
    • We will arrange for a return pick-up at our expense.
    • Upon receiving the damaged product, we will send you a replacement of the same value.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations or offer refunds once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
  • Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
    • We are unable to deliver to your shipping address due to limitations of our courier partners.

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • You provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • The recipient was unavailable at the delivery address.
  • The recipient refused to accept the package at the time of delivery.
  • Damaged products: We will only exchange damaged products, not offer refunds. (See Exchange Policy above)

Refund Processing:

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of confirmation.
